How to make a claim
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or of the expected delivery date, if the work hasn’t arrived) with your order number and photos where relevant. We review every claim and keep you updated until it is resolved.
Keep your purchase protected
Buyer Protection applies only to orders paid through claritasart.com. Never pay an artist outside the platform, and let us know if anyone asks you to.
